A qualifying student member must be a person engaged full time in post secondary educational studies and cannot be employed full time in the appraisal/assessment industry. An applicant in this unregulated category may be asked to provide proof of full-time student status.

*Note: Fees are prorated to one half of the prescribed annual fee between September 1 and November 30 and, at December 1 for the balance of the membership year, to one quarter of the prescribed annual fee.
